A site earning $5k/mo from one keyword is not the same asset as one earning it from 500. Measure concentration before you price.

1. Export top pages by traffic. If the top page is over 30% of sessions, flag single-point failure.
2. Export top queries. If one keyword cluster drives over 25% of clicks, the site rides one ranking.
3. Check channel mix: organic, direct, referral, social. Over 80% from one channel is fragile.
4. Identify the referral sources. A single referrer (a viral post, one partner) that can disappear is a discount.
5. Map revenue by page, not just traffic. The money page failing matters more than a traffic page.
6. Score each concentration point 1-3 and sum. Above 9 = renegotiate the multiple down.

Diversified income survives algorithm updates. Concentrated income is a bet.
