Days 1-3:
— Confirm all transfers complete: domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts, email list.
— Change every password; remove seller's access; enable 2FA everywhere.

Days 4-10:
— Lock a content baseline: keep the same posting cadence. Change nothing visible yet.
— Set up your own monitoring: uptime, rank tracker, weekly traffic snapshot.

Days 11-20:
— Run the seller's transition support window. Document every SOP they execute before they leave.

Days 21-30:
— Compare live revenue to the diligence numbers. Confirm the stability holdback condition is met.
— Only now consider your first optimization. Earlier changes confound your verification.

First, prove it. Then improve it.
