How do I stand out when everyone in my niche says the same thing?
Q: "My space is crowded and everyone gives identical advice. How do I get noticed?"
Short answer: you don't differentiate on the topic, you differentiate on the angle. Ten people can teach "email marketing." Only you can teach it through the lens of, say, "I ran a bakery for 8 years and here's what cake taught me about subject lines."
Your positioning — the spot you own in someone's mind — usually comes from your specific background, the people you most want to help, or a contrarian belief you hold. Same topic, your fingerprint on it.
The goal isn't to be the only one saying it. It's to be the one a certain type of person remembers.
Try this today: write down one belief about your niche that some respected people would disagree with. Build a post around it.
