Why it spread: founders describe their product the way they built it - by category and feature set.
The boring truth: "all-in-one workspace" is what 400 other tools also claim. It tells the visitor nothing about their Tuesday. The winning headline named a specific pain the reader felt that morning.
The nuance the messaging advice skipped: outcome-led only beats feature-led when the audience already knows the category exists. For a brand-new category, you sometimes must explain what the thing is first. Match the headline to whether the reader knows the problem, the solution, or neither.
