1 post/day vs 4 posts/day: a 28-day cadence test
Used Publer to run a strict cadence experiment on a 7,000-follower account. Two weeks at 1 post/day, two weeks at 4 posts/day, same content themes.
— 1/day: 19,400 total views over 14 days, follower gain +210
— 4/day: 31,200 total views, but follower gain only +140
— Per-post median dropped 38% at 4/day
More posts grew total reach but actively slowed follower growth, likely from feed fatigue.
Standout feature: Publer's bulk CSV import made loading 56 posts a 5-minute job. Annoying limitation: its analytics lag the native app by roughly 12 hours, so same-day decisions are guesswork.
Verdict: don't confuse total views with growth. Publer made the test painless. Worth it at 12 dollars for the bulk tooling alone.
