Step 1: each Monday, save 5 memes from outside your niche that already passed 10k shares.
Step 2: log the structure (not the content) in a sheet: hook line, twist, visual.
Step 3: rebuild the top performer using your niche's input.
Step 4: post Thursday; record share count next to the source.
After 8 weeks the tracker held 40 formats. Their hit rate (posts over 2k shares) rose from 1-in-9 to 1-in-3.
The system made virality a remix problem, not an invention problem.
