A mixed "EN Tier-1" rule sent US, UK, CA, AU to one sweepstakes offer at $14 CPA. UK was converting but underpaid.

What we did:
☐ Step 1: Break the bucket by country in the report — UK was 22% of volume.
☐ Step 2: Pull UK-specific EPC: $0.31 vs blended $0.24.
☐ Step 3: Source a UK-only offer paying £11 (~$13.80) with higher payout-per-lead.
☐ Step 4: Add a geo rule: country=GB → UK offer, else → existing chain.
☐ Step 5: Hold 10% of UK on the old offer as control for 7 days.

Outcome: UK EPC moved from $0.31 to $0.44 (+42%). Control confirmed the lift was the offer, not seasonality.

Repeat monthly: re-check each geo's standalone EPC before trusting any blended bucket.
