Framework: Where over-cap traffic should spill — a priority order
When an offer caps, the spill destination decides whether you keep earning or waste the click.
— Priority 1: Same vertical, same geo, next-best EPC offer — closest match keeps conversion intent.
— Priority 2: Same geo, adjacent vertical that historically converts this traffic.
— Priority 3: Broad worldwide offer accepting this geo, even at lower payout.
— Priority 4: House offer / your own monetized page.
Step: pre-define the spill target for each offer at setup — never let it default to 'first available'.
Never spill to a higher-payout but stricter offer — it'll reject the traffic and you lose the click twice.
Match intent first, payout second; a relevant low-payout offer beats an irrelevant high one.
Review spill targets weekly as caps and EPCs shift.
