"No bid" and "$0 bid" are different clues
When a partner doesn't win, they either send back a real low bid, a "no bid" (they passed), or nothing at all (they timed out).
Why it matters: timeouts mean your wait is too short or your code is slow. Constant "no bids" mean that partner doesn't want your traffic. Two different problems, two different fixes.
Tiny example: Partner X times out 40% of the time, raise the timeout and test. Partner Y "no bids" 90% of the time, it may not match your audience.
One thing to try: in your wrapper's bid logs, split partners by timeout rate vs no-bid rate before changing anything.
In plain English: a partner who's late needs more time; a partner who passes needs a reason to care.
