Why your new page isn't showing in the menu
You create a shiny new "Services" page, visit your site, and it's nowhere in the top menu. Beginners assume something's broken. It isn't, WordPress just doesn't add pages to menus automatically.
The navigation menu (the row of links at the top of your site) is built by hand, on purpose, so you control exactly what appears and in what order.
How to add your page:
— In the dashboard, hover "Appearance," then click "Menus"
— Find your page in the list on the left, tick it
— Click "Add to Menu"
— Drag it into the order you want, then "Save Menu"
You can drag items slightly right to make drop-down sub-items too.
In plain words: WordPress menus are built manually, so a new page won't appear until you add it under Appearance, Menus.
