A: Neither extreme. Use a beat sheet, not a script. Plan the structure — which products in what order, the price and one selling line for each, your pin/unpin moments, and a recap near the end — but improvise the words. A full script makes you sound like a teleshopping robot; pure improv means you forget to state the price or which item is pinned, and sales leak.

The beat sheet also frees you to react: when a viewer asks a question, you can chase it, because you're not afraid of losing your place.

Also worth knowing: rehearse your transitions, not your sentences. The awkward dead air between products is where viewers leave. Knowing 'next I grab the blue one and pin it' keeps the energy moving without making you sound canned.
