Q4 delivered 41% of annual commissions, but November out-earned December
The holiday bump is real and earlier than most expect. Monthly share of annual commission (n=full year, gifting-heavy niche):

— December: ▇▇ 18%
November wins because Black Friday/Cyber Monday concentrate buying intent, and December gift-buyers shift to faster non-Amazon options or in-store as shipping deadlines loom.
So what: Publish and index gift content by late September, not December. The revenue peak is week 47-48, and Google needs 4-8 weeks to rank new pages. Late content misses the window it was written for.
