The Open-Loop Carousel SOP
Multi-slide and thread formats live or die on completion rate — the algorithm counts how far people get. Each unit must yank the eye to the next. Engineer the pull, slide by slide.

The SOP:
1. End every slide on an open loop: a question, a 'but', a half-revealed number.
2. Put the weakest slide at position 3, never positions 1-2 (early drop kills the whole thing).
3. Make slide 1 a promise of the payoff, not the payoff itself.
4. Hide the best line on the last slide so finishing feels rewarded.
5. Track per-slide drop-off; rebuild the slide where the cliff appears.

Input: a slide sequence. Output: a chain people can't stop mid-way.
Run it weekly.
