Can't exit learning no matter what? Your optimization event is too rare.
If you optimize for 'purchase' but only get 8 purchases a week per ad set, Meta never gets enough signal to leave learning.
Move the event up the funnel:
— Optimize for a higher-volume event (add-to-cart, lead) until you scale past 50 purchases/week
— Use value rules or a custom event with enough daily volume to feed learning
— Once the ad set clears 50 purchases/week consistently, move optimization back DOWN to purchase
— Verify the upper event actually correlates with purchase first — junk leads waste budget
Risk: a shallow event can attract cheap, low-intent conversions that never buy.
Check your weekly count of the optimized event. Under 50? Move it up the funnel for now.
