An asset sale (the domain, content, accounts) vs an entity sale (the LLC, contracts, liabilities) carry totally different tax and risk profiles. Buyers want assets, clean of your liabilities. You might want the entity gone.

— Structure drives the after-tax number, not the headline price
— "What's the multiple" is the wrong first question
