Folks brag about their test win rate. Mine's like 16%. Five out of six things I try do nothing.
And I'm winning more than the "experts" with 80% win rates.
Because they only test obvious safe stuff that barely moves the needle. I run 4 tests a week. Most flop. But one big flop-or-fly bet a month moves more revenue than their whole "reliable" quarter.
Velocity beats accuracy. Volume of shots beats a high free-throw percentage when the swings are big.
