Most buyers reset learning without knowing it. Budget changes, audience edits, creative swaps, even optimization-event changes all count.
Protect the signal:
— Batch all edits into ONE session, then go hands-off — don't drip 4 edits over 4 days
— Use the 20% rule for budget so you stay under the reset trigger
— Duplicate-to-test instead of editing the live winner directly
— Keep a simple log: date, what you changed — so you stop blaming the algo for your own clicks
Risk: NEVER editing also caps you. There's a balance — edit decisively, then wait.
Log every edit on ONE campaign for a week. You'll catch your own self-sabotage.
