Meet a hair salon in Leeds known for one thing on Google: haircuts. Yet their highest-margin work was balayage, keratin treatments, and bridal styling. None of it appeared anywhere Google could read.

The Services section of their GBP was empty. To the algorithm, an unlisted service might as well not exist. They were invisible for every search that actually paid the rent.

We filled the Services section properly: 23 named services, each with its own short description matched to how people actually search, balayage, colour correction, wedding hair, every one a separate entry.

The haircut rankings stayed steady. The new ones needed time to register.

Then, service by service, the profile started surfacing for searches it had been silent on for years.

Bookings for treatments over 100 pounds rose 39 percent. Same salon, same skill, the menu simply made visible to search.

The lesson: Google can't rank a service you never told it you offer. Fill the list, every line.
