Run on the template and 50-page pilot before you generate the full set.
☐ Step 1 (Dev): Render the 50 hardest entities — longest names, most nulls, special characters. Gate: any layout break, encoding error, or 'undefined' → fail.
☐ Step 2 (SEO): Confirm title, meta, H1, canonical, and schema all populate correctly across the 50. Gate: any missing on any page → fail.
☐ Step 3 (Editor): Read 10 at full length as a user. Gate: filler feel on even one → revise the template.
☐ Step 4 (Dev): Check mobile render and Core Web Vitals on the heaviest page. Gate: layout shift from late-loading data → fail.
☐ Step 5 (Ops): Dry-run the sitemap and indexation logic against the 50. Gate: a noindex page leaking into the sitemap → fail.
Guardrail: the pilot must be flawless before multiplying it by thousands.
Ship gate: don't publish until all boxes are checked.
