Find your attribution leaks: a 5-checkpoint audit

Hot reminder: you're probably getting paid for 60-70% of the sales you actually drove. Audit the leaks:

— Coupon-code overwrite: does the user entering a different code at checkout strip your attribution? Usually yes.
— Last-click reset: does the SaaS's own retargeting ad steal credit for a user you sent?
— Cross-device: mobile click, desktop purchase — does it survive?
— Direct-type: users who close the tab and Google the brand later attribute to "organic," not you.
— Self-serve signup that drops your param on a redirect.

Each leak is invisible on the dashboard because you never see the sales you DIDN'T get credited for.

Verdict: the dashboard shows your floor, not your output. The gap is the program's gift to itself.
