Treat the map as an ownership plan. Expertise should shape the claims, examples, caveats, and recommendations in each cluster—not just the writer’s tone.
Assign roles by intent: • Practitioner: workflows and troubleshooting. • Researcher: definitions, comparisons, and evidence. • Reviewer: selection criteria, tests, and use cases. • Subject editor: the hub, terminology, and links.
For every cluster, record what the author knows firsthand, which claims need verification, and where their scope ends. One person may own several clusters; one voice should not flatten every intent.
Use clear bylines, relevant author context, and a named reviewer when needed. Skip decorative bios: connect expertise to the reader’s actual decision.
Assign expertise before outlining, then audit the map for uncovered intents and repeated perspectives.
