Your report says 99% delivered, so you're golden, right? Not quite, and this gap trips up almost everyone. "Delivered" only means the inbox provider accepted your email, not that it landed in the main inbox. It could be sitting in the spam folder, still counted as "delivered."
What to actually check:
— Don't trust the delivery number alone; it hides where your email landed.
✅ Send a test to your own Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo accounts and see which folder it hits.
— Watch engagement: if delivery is high but opens cratered, you're likely in spam.
"Delivered" and "in the inbox" are two different finish lines.
