Playbook: Build an evidence pack to dispute a forex fraud-scrub
What it is: A checklist of artifacts to assemble before challenging a broker who reversed your FTDs for 'fraud'.
Best for: Affiliates getting clawbacks they believe are unjustified shaving dressed up as fraud.
The evidence to collect:
— Click-level logs: timestamp, IP, user-agent, click_id for each disputed conversion. A clean spread of IPs and devices counters 'bot traffic' claims.
— Time-on-site and funnel depth: show users browsed the lander and filled forms over realistic durations, not 2-second bursts.
— Source breakdown: prove the traffic came from the agreed source (e.g. Facebook, native) and not an off-terms channel.
— Lead quality signals: validated phones, real emails, geo-consistent IPs — pull these from your pre-validation logs.
— The terms: quote the exact clawback-window and fraud-definition clause. If reversals fall outside the window, lead with that.
Pros:
— Click-level logs make vague 'fraud' labels hard to defend
— Forces the broker to cite specifics, which they often can't
Cons:
— Only works if you logged everything in advance; you can't reconstruct it later
— Some brokers won't reverse regardless — evidence becomes exit ammunition
Who should skip this: Anyone who didn't keep click-level logs — you have nothing to dispute with.
Verdict: Log first, dispute later.
