Purpose: a fixed sequence for when EPC craters and you don't yet know why.

Work the list in order, stop when you find it:

☐ Is the smartlink resolving at all? Click it yourself first
☐ Did fallback-rate spike? A rule broke or a primary offer paused
☐ Did postbacks stop? Conversions exist but aren't recording — check the parameter
☐ Did one geo go dark? An advertiser pulled that country
☐ Did caps all hit early? Traffic surge or a cap reset failed
☐ Did a source go dirty? Check per-source EPC for one bad actor
☐ Is it advertiser-side? Compare your numbers to their dashboard

Diagnose top-down: resolve, route, record, then offer-level. Fix one thing, re-measure, then move on.
