<b>Monthly Broken-Link Ops Review</b>
Close every month with a fixed retrospective so the process compounds instead of drifting.
1. Pull the month's funnel: prospected, contacted, links-live, hours spent.
2. Compute cost-per-link in hours; compare to last month.
3. Identify the highest-yield source (resource pages vs expired domains vs competitor 404s) and reallocate next month's hours toward it.
4. Archive dead prospects so they don't re-enter the queue.
5. Update tier thresholds if your conversion data shifted.
6. Automation fits at steps 1-2: a dashboard that aggregates the funnel and computes hours-per-link.
Definition of done: cost-per-link is calculated, next month's hours are reallocated to the top source, and stale prospects are archived.
