<b>Outreach Conversion-Rate Logging</b>
You can't improve throughput you don't measure. Log every campaign through the same funnel.
1. Track five numbers per batch: prospected, contacted, replied, agreed, link-live.
2. Compute three rates: reply rate, agree rate, placement rate.
3. Benchmark against your own trailing average, not someone's blog post.
4. If reply rate drops, fix the subject line and first touch — not the volume.
5. If agree-but-no-link gaps appear, add a touch-4 'send pre-formatted HTML' step.
6. Automation fits at step 1: a sheet that pulls send/reply data from your outreach tool's API.
Definition of done: every batch has all five counts logged and the three rates compared to your trailing baseline.
