Build a Quote Bank in One Sitting
A "quote bank" is a saved file of pre-written answers you can adapt fast. It turns hours of writing into minutes.
Think of it like a spice rack: ingredients ready, so cooking is quick.
1. Open a plain document titled "My Quotes."
2. List the 5 topics you could speak on without research.
3. Under each, write one 3-sentence answer to a likely question.
4. Add one real number or story to each, so they are not generic.
5. Mark each with a date, because facts go stale.
When a matching request arrives, you paste, tweak the wording to fit the exact question, and send. Never send it word-for-word; reporters spot copy-paste.
Try this today: write just one entry. Five sittings from now you will have a bank that makes pitching almost effortless.
