This is just a spreadsheet (Google Sheets is free) that shows your real recurring picture.

1. Column A: Program name.
2. Column B: Active referrals.
3. Column C: Commission per referral/month.
4. Column D: B x C (monthly gross).
5. Column E: This month's new signups.
6. Column F: This month's cancellations.
7. Column G: Notes (cookie length, payout date).

In plain English: one row per program, one number that matters most (column D).

Worked example: row reads "ToolX, 40 active, $5, $200/mo, +6 new, -2 lost." Now you see growth at a glance.
