Playbook: Set up IndexNow with proper key hosting and a backup key
Most guides stop at one key. Here's the resilient version.

Setup:
— Generate a key (hex, 8-128 chars) at api.indexnow.org or your own UUID generator
— Host it as yourdomain.com/{key}.txt with the key as the file's only content
— In your POST body, set keyLocation explicitly so engines don't guess
— Submit to ONE endpoint (e.g. bing.com/indexnow) it shares with all participants
— Batch up to 10,000 URLs per request in the urlList array

What it does well: one POST hits Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver; 200 response = accepted; free and instant.

Where it falls short: Google does NOT consume IndexNow, a 403 means key validation failed silently if you don't log it, and there's no per-URL indexed confirmation.

Pros:
— One call, multiple engines
— 10k URLs/batch
Cons:
— Google ignores it
— No indexed-status feedback

Best for: large sites wanting Bing/ChatGPT freshness. NOT for Google-only strategies.
