My travel-gear site published money pages first because I was greedy for revenue. They ranked nowhere. I flipped the order and it worked.

— Publish the 4-5 informational "how to" and "what is" articles FIRST — they build topical relevance fast
— Wait until those get impressions in GSC (proof Google sees the topic) — usually 3-4 weeks
— THEN publish the money "best X" page, with all 4-5 info articles linking into it on day one
— The money page launches with internal equity instead of starting from zero
— Add the money page link back into each info post in the same session

Money pages launched this way hit page 1 in ~9 weeks. The greedy ones took 6 months or never.

Lesson banked: a money page born into an existing cluster inherits trust. One born alone has to earn it from scratch.
