SOP #51 — Affiliate Income Verification

Affiliate revenue is the easiest to fake and the hardest to transfer. Verify both before valuing it.

1. Request dashboard read access for each program (Amazon, ShareASale, CJ, direct). Fail on screenshots only.
2. Pull 12 months of earnings by program. Fail if one program is 70%+ of revenue — concentration risk.
3. Confirm the affiliate links on the live site use IDs that match the dashboards. Fail on mismatch.
4. Check whether your account can inherit the links or needs new IDs. Fail if links must be rebuilt at scale.
5. Reconcile dashboard earnings to bank deposits. Pass within 5%.
6. Confirm no program has flagged or capped the account. Fail on any compliance notice.
