People treat internal links like a counter to max out. But a page only has so much equity to pass, divided among its outbound links. Add a 50th link and every link — including the one to your money page — gets a thinner slice.
Internal linking is a budget, not a buffet. Every link you add to a page taxes the links that were already there.
The skill isn't linking more. It's linking <i>less</i>, deliberately, so the few links that matter carry maximum weight to your priority targets.
