Should everyone get the same email?
Splitting your list into smaller groups is called segmentation — like sorting mail by who actually cares about each topic.
Why it matters: sending everything to everyone trains people to ignore you. Relevant emails get opened; off-topic ones get deleted, and deletes hurt your inbox reputation.
✅ Do this:
— Start with one simple split: buyers vs. people who've never bought
— Send buyers a thank-you offer; send non-buyers a helpful intro
— Use a tag in your email tool to mark each group as they sign up
You don't need ten segments. Even two is a huge upgrade from "blast everyone the same thing."
Homework: pick one way to split your list in two that makes sense for you.
