Myth: always be testing, everything, all the time
'ABT! Never stop!' Sounds like a hustle. It's a trap.
Run two tests on the same page at once and they pollute each other unless you isolate audiences. Run a test on a page getting 200 visits a week and you'll wait 9 months for a number that's still noise.
Day 1 I audited my 'always on' setup. Found 6 live tests. Four were on pages without enough traffic to ever resolve. Just sitting there, eating dev time, telling me nothing.
Killed four. Doubled the velocity on the two that mattered.
Go list every live test. Kill any on a page that can't hit sample size in 30 days. Concentrate fire. Report back.
