If you can't restore your no-code site to last week's state, you don't have a backup, you have hope.
Build the routine. Know what your platform's native version history covers and what it doesn't, most don't snapshot CMS data. Export your CMS to CSV/JSON on a schedule, weekly minimum, and store it off-platform. Keep a copy of custom code embeds in a real repo or doc, the canvas is not version control. Screenshot or document your settings, redirects, and integrations, those vanish silently. Before any big edit, duplicate the page or the whole project. The day a platform glitch eats your CMS, 'undo' won't save you, your export will.
