Playbook: Run a clean Validate Fix loop in GSC without resetting the clock
Most people retrigger validation too early and restart a 28-day wait. Here's the order that works.

Setup:
— Page indexing report, click the specific error (e.g. Crawled - currently not indexed)
— Fix ALL sample URLs first, deploy, then wait for one real Googlebot crawl (check Inspect URL > last crawl date)
— Only then hit Validate Fix
— Don't touch the page or re-submit during the validation window

What it does well: batches up to thousands of URLs under one validation job, emails you on pass/fail.

Where it falls short: a single still-broken URL fails the whole batch, and a failed validation drops you to the back of the queue.

Pros:
— Free, batch-scale
— Status emails
Cons:
— All-or-nothing batches
— Slow re-queue on failure

Best for: site-wide template fixes. NOT for one-off urgent URLs use live Inspect + Request Indexing instead.
