They told you: "Unlimited bandwidth, stream all you want"
A media blog pushing 800 GB/month got a "fair use" warning at exactly the moment it started monetizing. The TOS: "unlimited" bandwidth is subject to using "no more than is normal for a website of its type" — a phrase with no number, defined entirely by them, after the fact. They throttled to 1 Mbps until the customer "upgraded" to a plan that cost 6x more for the same traffic.
Follow the money: "unlimited" is free until it threatens their margins.
Reality: undefined "fair use" means the limit is wherever your bill stops being profitable for them.
