What clicked:
— Written brief = the spec. Target keyword, the SERP gap, must-hit entities, internal links, word range. Scannable, referenceable while they write.
— 90-sec Loom = the SOUL. Why this angle, who we're beating, the one insight no competitor has. Tone you can't capture in bullets.
