Hot take: operators who serve a heavy, scripted, dynamically-assembled safe page think they look more legit, when really they've just handed the review side more behavior to analyze.
The instinct is that more sophistication equals more cover. Often it's the reverse. A loud, busy, constantly-changing surface generates a richer behavioral signature — more to model, more to flag. A boring static surface is harder to characterize precisely because there's so little of it to characterize.
Complexity feels like camouflage. To a detector, complexity is just more data about you.
