Myth: "Offer unlimited revisions to win the client."
Unlimited revisions don't signal confidence. They signal that you have no system, and clients smell it.
The fix is a capped revision workflow you state up front:
— Round 1: structural feedback only (hook, pacing, CTA placement). No nitpicks.
— Round 2: line-level fixes (captions, timing, one re-shoot max).
— Round 3+: billed at your hourly rate, written into the contract.
Standardize the intake of feedback too: one consolidated document per round, not 14 Slack messages. Anything outside the round's scope rolls to the next round or a change order.
Save this 3-round revision ladder. "Unlimited" attracts scope creep; structure attracts repeat clients.
