Lost files = lost hours. Adopt one convention and never decide again.

Folder tree per client:
— /client/raw
— /client/edits
— /client/final
— /client/delivered

File name: brand_concept_format_v2_9x16.mp4

Rules:
— Version numbers always, never "final_final"
— Aspect ratio in the name
— Move to /delivered only after client approves

Set this up once as a template folder you duplicate. Standardize across every client. Rinse and repeat — your future self thanks you.
