How to find your POV (point of view) on a topic
Q: "Everyone says have a strong POV but mine just sounds like everyone else's. How do I find one?"
Short answer: your POV (your distinct take) lives in what mildly annoys you about your field. That friction is the gold.
Mine it like this:
—
Finish this 5 times: "People in my space keep saying X, but..."
—
For each, write what you'd say instead and why.
—
Pick the one you could defend with a real story.
You don't need a hot take that starts fights. You need an honest "here's what I actually believe" that not everyone shares.
Try this today: write three "everyone says X, but I think Y" lines. Keep the one you've personally lived, and draft a post around it.
