Playbook: bulk-cleaning old Threads posts before a profile refresh

Tested this on a real account for 5 days. No tool does true bulk-delete via API, so the workflow is half-manual.

— Export your post history first. Metricool and your native data download both give a dated list. Never delete blind.
— Sort by views. Delete only the bottom-decile zero-engagement posts; thin profiles read worse than imperfect ones.
— Threads has no bulk-delete API endpoint, so deletion is manual in-app. Tools can only flag candidates.
— Keep anything with replies. Deleting a post nukes its whole conversation and other people's replies.
— Do it in batches of 10 with a pause. Rapid mass deletion can trip rate limits and lock you out briefly.

The standout is using a scheduler purely as a triage list, not a delete button. Annoying limit: zero API delete support is a real gap.

Verdict: Wait for API delete; manual triage is the only safe path.
