Run these before launch. Check color contrast on every button and link, builders love light-grey-on-white that fails. Confirm all images have alt text, decorative ones get empty alt, not missing. Make sure heading order is logical h1 then h2, not styled-by-size. Test full keyboard navigation, tab through and see if focus is visible. Add labels to form fields, placeholder text is not a label. Verify the site works at 200% zoom without horizontal scroll. Twenty minutes of this beats a demand letter, and it's all in the tool you already pay for.
