— Cold list: 100 strangers, 3% reply
— Your own replies, story tags, DM requests: people who raised their hand

Before you scrape anyone new, mine your own notifications. Anyone who engaged twice is a warmer lead than any export.

Move: check pending DM requests right now. Gems sitting in the spam folder. Go.
