Playbook: script a 3-second hook that earns the 4th second
The only job of second one is to buy second two. Here's the build order.
— Open mid-action. No logos, no 'hey guys'. Start as if the viewer walked in late.
— Front-load the single most specific detail: a number, a weird result, a named fear.
— Show the payoff visually before you explain it. Curiosity gap = see it, don't get it yet.
— Put motion in frame one — a hand entering, a turn, a reveal. Static first frames die.
— Read it aloud. If the first sentence has a comma, cut it down.
