Your campaign died because the offer got saturated
Myth: "CTR dropped, leads dried up — the chats say the offer's burned, time to find a new one."
Nine times out of ten the offer is fine and your creative decayed. Funnel decay is a layered thing and people blame the wrong layer. On push and native, frequency burns the creative first: the same image hitting the same user list loses CTR within days while your landing page and offer are untouched.
Diagnose by layer before you torch the campaign. If CTR fell but landing-page conversion held, it's a creative problem — rotate images and hooks. If CTR held but LP-to-lead fell, your angle/lander mismatch is showing or a competitor cloned your page. If everything held but revenue dropped, now it's the offer — the advertiser is scrubbing or the cap is choking delivery.
Most "dead offers" are revived by three new creatives and a fresh angle on the same offer. People abandon assets that still have months of life because they misread which layer rotted.
Reality: offers rarely die quietly — creatives do, and they take the blame for the offer.
