A 10-minute morning runbook to catch breakage before it bills.

— Step 1: Fire one synthetic click per key geo; confirm a 200 and a live offer (not a fallback).
— Step 2: Check yesterday's fallback-tier rate. A spike means primaries are capping or dying.
— Step 3: Compare click-to-conversion vs the 7-day baseline per source. Flag drops over 30%.
— Step 4: Confirm postbacks received in the last hour. Zero = tracking break.
— Step 5: Scan for offers stuck at cap or paused that still receive traffic.
— Step 6: Verify SSL cert expiry on each smartlink domain is more than 14 days out.

Log the check results daily. The trend line catches slow decay a snapshot misses.

Repeat daily, same time, before reviewing spend.
