The 6 questions to ask before quoting a price
Never quote blind. The same post can be worth $300 or $3,000 depending on the answers. These questions are how you find out.
Ask before you name a number:
— What's the full deliverable list?
— Where will this run, and for how long? (usage rights)
— Do you need exclusivity?
— What's the timeline?
— Is there a budget range you're working within?
— Who has final approval, and how many revision rounds?
Example: 'one post' sounds small — until they add 'and we'll run it as an ad for a year.' Now it's a much bigger quote.
Your move: paste these six into a saved message. Send them every time before you talk money.
