If your no-code form gets spam, you skipped the four-step setup, not a paid plugin.
Do these in order before paying for anything. One: add a honeypot field, a hidden input bots fill and humans don't, then reject submissions that touch it. Two: enable the platform's native captcha or Turnstile, it's usually a toggle. Three: set a minimum time-to-submit, real humans take more than two seconds. Four: validate email format server-side, not just in the browser. Five: rate-limit by IP if your tool allows. Most builders ship all five capabilities and people enable zero, then complain the platform 'attracts spam.'
Fight me in the comments if you're still drowning in fake leads with a default form.
